Exchange And Return Policy

Exchange Policy:

1.      Timeframe: Exchange requests must be raised within 3days of receiving the order from our website.

2.      Eligibility:

a.      Only damaged products with photo proof would be eligible for exchange. Photos of the products with damage mandatory for exchange.

b.      Products can be exchanged for size mismatch.

c.      Please do not remove tags of the products, if removed will not be accepted for exchange.

3.      Restrictions: Once an order is exchanged, customers cannot request another exchange.

4.      Payment: The difference in amount must be paid when creating the exchange request. Cash on delivery is not available for these orders.

5.      Delivery: Exchange/replacement items will be delivered to the same address as the original order.

6.      Product Exchange:

a.      If exchanging for the same or a different size, a replacement will be provided at no cost.

b.      If exchanging for an item of higher value, the difference must be paid; if the item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded in the form of a credits in your wallet.

c.      Items cannot be exchanged for multiple products; only a single item can be selected for exchange.
